What is the difference between the Browned and the Unbrowned crabcakes?

We offer browned and unbrowned crabcakes. The browned crabcakes take a quick dip in the fryer so when baked at home they are a more crispy golden brown.









What is in the crabcakes?

A mixture of jumbo lump and lump crab with just enough binder to hold them together.









Where is the crab from?

The crabmeat we use comes from a variety of locations. From Maryland to Indonesia, we select the best available crabmeat every week.









How long will the food stay fresh?

Seafood purchased on Friday or Saturday will be good in the refrigerator until Tuesday the following week. Many of our items can be frozen, including the crabcakes.









Are the crabcakes gluten free?

The crabcakes are not gluten free.









Is the salmon wild caught or farm raised?

Our salmon is ocean farm raised. And has been hailed as the best salmon around. We stand behind that statement.
